Automatic Bird Unloader

The USDA approved Cantrell Automatic Bird Unloader operates on any type shackle system and is engineered for processing line efficiency. Directly driven from the overhead conveyor, the bird unloader will always be synchronized with the processing line providing positive shackle positioning and reduction of shackle bending and jamming. The Bird Unloader operates with minimum pull on the processing line.  Engineered to fit into any overhead configuration, it provides quick installation and minimal maintenance.

The Ram Inside/Outside Birdwasher is designed to fit into a 180⁰ turn near the end of the eviscerating line. It's designed to cleanse the inside and outside of the eviscerated poultry carcass and may be used with liquid bacteria stats such as chlorine or TSP. The inside spray probe penetrates the neck cavity from the body cavity, thereby insuring proper drainage of the cleansing media along with any contaminants. The exterior of the poultry carcass is thoroughly cleansed by a manifold of high-pressure spray nozzles arranged in an array to provide maximum coverage with minimum use of water. The Outside Bird Washer is manufactured for either the picking or eviscerating line and can be overhead or floor mounted. The outside surface of the bird is thoroughly cleaned by a number of fixed sprayers arranged so that the entire surface of the bird is covered. Construction is of high quality stainless steel cabinet with (2) rows of sprayers on each side.

The Automatic Cropper is positioned into the eviscerating line after the Gizzard Harvester and before the Neck Breaker.  With a capacity of 8,500 birds per hour, this machine is one of the most efficient Croppers available.  Its function is to remove any remaining crops and portions of wind pipe that may remain within the bird.  The Cropper is not specifically designed to remove all wind pipes, but it does remove a high percentage alone the the crops that remain.  It's a 20 unit machine that operates in a 180⁰ turn in the eviscerating line and accepts birds shackled on 6" centers.     View complete product brochure
