The FCM-500 removes any remaining impurities in the carcass after evisceration.  This vacuum system method improves both the quality and shelf life of the product.  The Final Control Machine adjusts quickly and easily for cleaning upper, middle and/or lower parts of the body cavity.  It's installed in a 180⁰ curve of the eviscerating line and is driven by the overhead conveyor.  Cleaning of the vacuum system consists of simply closing the main vacuum valve and opening the water tap.     View complete product brochure

The Automatic Gizzard Defatter removes excess fat and contamination from gizzards. After the gizzard has been properly processed in the gizzard harvester, gizzards are thoroughly cleaned and polished by the gentle rotating fingers and high pressure washing action. Your eviscerating line can now be complete with the Cantrell Heart and Liver Harvesting system. The system is a semiautomatic machine which depends on an operator to unravel viscera and present it to the machine. From this point the machine separates the heart, lungs, and liver from the viscera package, leaving the gall sac with the intestines. The heart and lungs are guided onto a table where they are separated and the blood vessels are removed from the top of the heart. This Heart & Liver Harvesting System has demonstrated a significantly higher rate of recovery for hearts and livers versus the average hand operation. The Helical Line Divider offers optimum design efficiency in a line divider that is virtually maintenance free. It operates on two piece or rigid shackles and eliminates hang-ups.
