The Automatic Neck Skin Cutter makes
consistent accurate cuts of the neck skin with the
use of a circular stainless steel blade. Mounted over
the overhead conveyor and driven by a 1 HP motor, the
Neck Skin Cutter has minimal moving parts. Sharpening
of the circular blade and lubrication of bearings is
all the servicing necessary. Its compact design requires
very little space for installation and is usually located
at the end of the eviscerating line, although it can
be installed over giblet chillers so necks can be dropped
directly into them. It's constructed almost entirely
of high grade stainless steel and can be easily cleaned
due to it's simple smooth design and easy accessibility.

The Automatic Neck Skinner is designed
to fully remove the skin from the neck without damaging
the final product. It has the capability to perform
efficiently at a capacity of 182 necks per minute.
A special unloading device guarantees trouble-free
discharge and removable covers have been installed
to allow easy access to the skinning mechanism for
cleaning purposes.

This 2 HP, chain driven machine removes
the skin from poultry necks by means of peeler rollers,
as the birds emerge from the Inside/Outside washer.
This unit features two 1/4" NPT valves for independent
water pressure, manual adjustment to peeler rollers
through five spray nozzles, and to one nozzle for the
skin through wash. It is available in both right and
left hand versions and is height-adjustable to meet
your line requirements. Constructed of stainless steel,
it features two proximity switches for instant power
cut-off should an attempt be made to remove either
of the see through lexan safety shields. Two unique
built-in pivoting clamps allow the safety guard enclosing
the peeler rollers to be removed in seconds for wash-down
and reinstallation, without tools or fasteners.

The Oil Sac Cutter is designed to
remove the oil gland from the tail of the chickens
as they move along the processing line. This is accomplished
by taking control of the carcass with an infeed chain
and guiding the tail into a pinch point where the oil
gland is forced into the opening of a V-shaped blade.
As the tail is forced across the V-notch, the oil gland
is pinched and cut away from the tail. The amount of
tissue that is removed is variable and determined by
the pressure applied to the tail. The Oil Sac Cutter
is constructed entirely of stainless steel components,
which promotes sanitation and minimum maintenance.
Efficiency is typically in the high nineties and the
average weight removed is the lowest in the industry
today. The unit is powered from the overhead conveyor,
can be adapted to a number of conveyor types, and can
be manufactured to process birds on 6", 8",
and 9" centers at speeds up to 9,000 pH.

Provides a safer, more efficient
alternative to hand skinny methods. Although
designed specifically for thighs and barrel breast
skinning, options are available for other parts processing. The
4 roller system provides a more efficient operation
with less damage to the product. The result is
increased production and a better, more consistent
grade of yield. Low maintenance and easy cleaning. View

The Automatic Viscera Cutter makes
consistent accurate cuts of the viscera by the use
of a circular steel blade. The unit is mounted over
the overhead conveyor and is driven by a 1 HP motor.
Due to its simplistic design it has very few moving
parts. Sharpening of the circular blade and lubrication
of bearings is all the servicing necessary. The unit
requires very little space for installation and is
usually located at the end of heart and liver harvesting
and before viscera harvesting. It is constructed almost
entirely of high grade stainless steel and can be easily
cleaned due to its simple smooth design and easy accessibility. View

The new COBRA Viscera Harvester insures
package removal at a better percentage rate than any
other machine on the market.
Packages are removed in a clean strike without rib or
backbone damage. This
forth generation Viscera Harvester offers a completely
new spring loaded unit. This unit design provides clean
package removal without package placement on the bird! The
overhead drive eliminates the need for air and electricity,
therefore reducing maintenance and wear on parts. The
COBRA is available in both 14 and 20 unit models to handle
high speed lines with ease. Stainless steel construction
and minimal moving parts insure easy clean-up and minimal
maintenance. Moreover, your current CVH-14 can be upgraded

The process of viscera removal is
one that can create many problems for processing managers
and supervisors. The Viscera Harvester provides the
perfect solution to those problems providing high yields,
no broken hocks, backbones or ribs coupled with low
cost maintenance and simple adjustments making it a
pleasure to have around. It's driven directly by the
overhead conveyor and requires no electricity (an optional
electrically powered brush is available for probe cleaning).
Water is required to rinse each probe
after the viscera package has been released. A minimal
amount of air pressure is needed to keep the jaws of
each probe closed during the cycle. The Viscera Harvester
is installed after the heart and liver harvesting operation
and removes the viscera package from the bird. The package,
which includes the gizzard, is released into the gizzard
harvester. This uniform process of removal and release
of the package will help your gizzard harvester perform
at its maximum capability. It also complies with all
USDA regulations. All parts that contact the bird are
constructed of stainless steel. View

The Cantrell Model EH-20 Viscera
Harvester efficiently removes the viscera package and
delivers it to the Gizzard Harvester. Installed
after the Heart & Liver Harvester, the EH-20 removes
the viscera package (including the crop) by clamping
onto the proventriculus then pulling the package from
the bird. The remaining entrails are released
from the clamping device and dropped into the Gizzard
Harvester. The unique clamping device provides
consistent removal with the package positioned on the
back of the bird on either the right or left side. The
EH-20 is driven by the overhead conveyor, therefore
eliminating the need for electricity or air assuring
complete synchronization with the processing line. Constructed
of stainless steel and UHMW Polymer, the unit provides
easy sanitation with minimal operational adjustments. View
