KFC Cut-up Saw

The Cantrell KFC Cut-Up Saw is an economical means of producing premium poultry cut-up parts using a single skilled operator. Constructed of high grade stainless steel, all machine edges are rounded and smooth to ensure a thorough and easy clean-up. Powered by a 1 HP motor, the saw contains an easily replaceable stainless steel circular blade. The CS-100 standard unit comes complete with motor, blade and stainless steel frame. Optional blower and bagger attachments, and stainless steel stand are also available. Minimal moving parts virtually eliminate maintenance except for the blade sharpening and occasional blade arbor replacement.
